Our patients primarily come from the Lehigh Valley PA area, but we also serve patients locally and from around the world. And even our patients who move out of the state or country always return for our unique and personable dental care service. We gladly arrange appointments and always welcome returning and new patients.
Dr. John Albright DDS
Dr. Albright was born and raised in Allentown PA, a member of the baby boomer generation of 1946. He attended Muhlenberg Elementary, Raub Junior High School, and then William Allen High School. He then went on to attend Wagner College on Staten Island, NY for four years achieving a B.S. in Biology, while minoring in Art and Math. Dr. Albright played football for two years as an end and punter. He was also a member of the track and field team for four years as a high jumper and javelin thrower.
Following his undergrad, Dr. Albright attended Temple University School of Dentistry graduating with a D.D.S. Degree. He then decided to move back to the Allentown area in the summer of 1972 to remodel a former dental office at 899 Turner Street and opened for business on November 20th, 1972.
After five years of practice, he decided to move his office to a calmer part of the city and located at 2804 Walbert, where he resides at the present time. He has lived in Macungie PA since 1974 where he and his wife Buffy, a local artist, raised their three children Jennifer, Jason and Heather. All are now married and busy building families of their own.
Hobbies include 30 plus years of playing and coaching competitive volleyball, hunting, ( both archery and rifle ) fishing, and restoring his second home in Macungie (on the main drag through the borough).
Dr. Albright is presently active in many community affairs. A current Trustee of Kalmbach Park, and is an avid member of the Borough Business Revitalization Program. He heads the historic division of the Main Street and facade programs. Dr. John is also a member of the newly formed Properties of Pride committee which recognizes and awards homes, businesses and non profits for their excellence in maintaining and improving their residences. Spare time is also given to the Das Awkscht Fescht and Wheels of Time shows at Magungie Park where he helps at the food stands.
Dr. John is a member of the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, and the Lehigh Valley Dental Society. He is also an associate of the Lehigh Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Study Group and The Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at St. Luke’s Study Group.
Teresa, Front Office Administrator
Teresa first came to our office as a patient of many years. When our former office administrator went on maternity leave, Teresa filled in for her and has been a great addition to our team ever since. She has a vast knowledge of the business world and understands the fundamentals of running a business.
She enjoys spending time with her husband, going to the beach and volunteering in the community.
Diane, Dental Hygienist
Diane graduated from Northampton Community College. She has been a Dental Hygienist for 33 years. Her priority is to help patients achieve quality care with a gentle touch.
Her hobbies include sewing, baking, stained glass, crafts and outdoor activities.
Emily, Dental Hygienist
Emily graduated from Liberty High School in Bethlehem in 2008. She attended Northampton community college and graduated with her Associate’s Degree in Dental hygiene in May 2014. During high school and college she worked in nursing homes on Alzheimer’s units and really enjoys spending time with the elderly and giving back to the community. She enjoys working with people and uses the knowledge she has gained from clinical and professional experiences to provide each patient with individualized care while making even the most anxious patient feel at ease.
Emily is a lifelong resident of Fountain Hill. Growing up she enjoyed family vacations to Ocean City Maryland and trips to the zoo. She is very family oriented and loves animals so if you have pets she loves to hear stories about them.
Bonnie, Dental Assistant
Bonnie has many years of experience working as a dental assistant for Albright Dental Practice. Her dedication to the dental field shows in her outgoing personality and care for our patients. She enjoys seeing the remarkable before and after changes that take place in our office and seeing the patients leave with an even bigger smile.
Outside of the office, Bonnie enjoys taking walks, spending time with her family, and going to Cracker Barrel!!
Keshua, Dental Hygienist
Keshua is dedicated to the field of dental hygiene and prides herself on providing dental care and education to patients while using preventative dental treatments in order to achieve optimal dental health. Keshua’s experience in developing and implementing individualized dental health care plans allows her to provide periodontal therapy while integrating the latest technologies and techniques. Her contagious personality and gentle technique make your routine dental cleaning an enjoyable experience.
Keshua is happily married and enjoys spending time with her two boys, family, and friends.
